Job Responsibility:
Lead market intelligence, opportunity screening and competitive analysis
Maintain a high-quality pipeline in CRM and internal reporting tools.
Drive early client engagement activities (market soundings, RFIs, pre-procurement dialogues) and help map public-sector decision processes.
Commercial positioning and upstream structuring: scope definition, remuneration mechanisms, performance regimes and risk allocation.
Coordinate with legal, finance, treasury and technical teams to translate commercial intent into bankable contractual positions.
Prepare and Present opportunity reviews, strategy notes and recommendations for internal governance committees
participate in post-bid reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
Represent Keolis at selected industry events alongside senior leadership when required
Requirements:
5–8 years’ experience in infrastructure, transport, consulting, project development or related fields. A solid understanding of public transport systems and stakeholders. A first experience with complex infrastructure projects.
Proven analytical skills, structured thinking and perseverant.
Excellent written and spoken English
ability to work effectively in cross-functional, international teams.
Mobility for international travel and high learning agility.
Experience with PPPs, concessions, complex infrastructure projects, bids and international projects are strong advantages
