We’re recruiting a Business Development Manager to represent one of the best-known OE brands in the automotive aftermarket. What stands out about this role? This is not a typical OE sales role. The company will do the boring admin stuff and provide you with the sales reports so you can do what you are good at - building and developing relationships. The Role Covering the South West and South Wales, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing relationships with motor factors and key trade accounts. This is a field-based position with plenty of variety, from negotiating with business owners, purchasing directors, to joint customer visits with factor representatives to presenting new promotions and attending regional trade events. No one day is the same. It’s a hands-on sales role that combines relationship management with commercial thinking and market insight.
