Job Description:

A leading-edge property development company, dedicated to bringing exceptional developments to fruition, is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager/Senior Manager.

Job Responsibility:

Identify, Analyse, and Recommend New Ventures: identify new business opportunities, conduct thorough feasibility studies, and deliver insightful analysis and recommendations
Secure Land Assets Through Acquisition & Partnerships: lead efforts to acquire new land and establish strategic joint ventures to expand the Group's land holdings
Pursue and Win Government Privatization Projects: actively target and successfully secure Government privatization opportunities
Lead Site Assessment & Feasibility Studies: conduct thorough site evaluations, navigate regulatory landscapes, analyze market conditions, and develop comprehensive project feasibility studies

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Real Estate / Business or equivalent
12 years of working experience in Business Development specializing in the Property Development industry
Good networking and negotiation skills
