We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join a growing IT Managed Services provider. This is a pure new business role, focused on identifying, engaging, and winning new clients across the South and London regions. You'll play a key role in expanding market presence, building a strong pipeline, and closing high-value managed services deals. Job Responsibility:
Identify and target new business opportunities within the IT Managed Services space
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets
Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospective clients
Engage with key decision-makers (C-level, IT Directors, Heads of IT)
Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
Work closely with technical and pre-sales teams to deliver tailored solutions
Maintain strong market awareness and competitor knowledge
Accurately forecast sales activity and performance
Requirements:
Proven track record in new business sales within IT Managed Services / MSP / IT Solutions
Strong hunter mentality with a passion for winning new logos
Experience selling services such as cloud, infrastructure, security, or support solutions
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
