The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for achieving sales targets in the developer and end-customer channels within the assigned territory. This vacancy has arisen due to the expansion of sales projects and the need to support new roles within their IDNO business. The BDM will build and manage a profitable client and project pipeline while identifying cross-selling opportunities for the broader product set, including EV charges, metering, and data services.
Job Responsibility:
Exceed monthly sales, margin, and KPI targets
generate and manage a self-discovered opportunity pipeline
ensure timely and high-standard proposal submissions
provide detailed win/loss analysis and lessons learned
lead opportunity development, tendering activities, and customer negotiations
build and maintain strong customer relationships
collaborate with other divisions to maximise client reach and company success
incorporate customer drivers into proposed solutions
provide accurate market and sales reports to drive business development
monitor industry best practices and participate in training to maintain skills and knowledge
Requirements:
Experience in a similar industry
knowledge of sales and marketing techniques
sales and tender management experience
excellent communication skills
proficiency in Microsoft Office
background in ICP/UIP/IDNO/IGT/utilities infrastructure
2+ years in business development or sales
project management experience
