We're hiring a Business Development Manager for voco Belfast, the first voco Hotel on the Island of Ireland. This is a results-driven role to help fill rooms, meeting spaces and F&B offering by driving sales and smashing targets.
Job Responsibility:
Driving and managing daily sales activities from Corporate room nights to Meetings and Events
Building and growing long-term business relationships with key clients
Actively getting out to meet clients and bringing business into the hotel
Producing and reviewing monthly reports to monitor performance
Representing voco and The INUA Hotel Collection at local and external events
Working with autonomy, support, and leadership that values pace, ownership, and results
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales
Strong knowledge of local businesses and business trends
Strong ownership of your numbers and meet clear targets
Confidence in relationship led selling
An incredible communicator who works collaboratively with others
Access to a car to attend client meetings
Nice to have:
Sales experience in hospitality or tourism
