BrainWorks Interim is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand our team in the Kansas City Metro! This person will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing growth strategies, and collaborating with the executive recruiting team. They will report to the VP/National Practice Leader and will have a mix of virtual and in-person meetings throughout the week. Their main focus will be to sell Interim Accounting & Finance staffing solutions to finance leaders.

Requirements:
2+ years of client facing business development experience
Experience working in the recruitment/staffing/executive search space
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Ability to build quality relationships with senior/executive leadership
Strategic thinker with a solutions oriented mindset
Experience in developing and implementing growth strategies
Comfortability working within LinkedIn and CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc)
