Business Development Manager – Education Sector (3-5 years experience)
Job Responsibility:
Build and develop partnerships with universities, colleges, and pathway providers
Increase student recruitment numbers by expanding the company’s reach across local and international markets
Manage and support education agents on a daily basis while onboarding new recruitment partners
Conduct market research to identify potential countries, programs, and growth opportunities
Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns, seminars, and education fairs to promote educational opportunities
Maintain and update CRM systems to track leads, communication, and conversions
Prepare regular performance reports and forecasts for management review
Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the education consultancy or international recruitment field
Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Experience working with foreign universities, educational agents, or placement organizations
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
