International Software House in the arena of Talent Assessment and Talent Management solutions requires a new Corporate Business Development Manager in the UK to enjoy uncapped earning potential, career stability and security.

Job Responsibility:

Managing the complete sales cycle from cradle-to-grave
Representing an award-winning and innovative portfolio of Talent Assessment and Psychometric Testing solutions
Targeting companies with circa 1,000 - 25,000+ employees
Performing a very consultative sales cycle
Building long-term relationships with some of the UK's largest companies

Requirements:

Experience in the HR Solutions arena
Hungry and proactive nature
Extremely consultative nature
Polished, well-educated and professional
Ability to build long-term relationships with clients
Backgrounds in HR Software, HCM Software, Recruitment Software, ATS, L&D Solutions, eLearning, LMS, Leadership Development, Executive Coaching, Talent Assessment Tools
Ex Recruitment Consultants considered
