You will develop and drive business development opportunities based on a proactive market analysis and the needs of our customer base. Qualify and quantify potential opportunities and related transactions.
Job Responsibility:
Drive strategies and new business projects to enhance VAS’ position in the marketplace and expand business relationships
Identify and develop new business opportunities to secure end-of-life aircraft and engines for disassembly and Used Serviceable Materials (USM) re-sale
Lead customer supply-chain solutions for monetizing surplus inventories and supporting USM demands
Manage business requirements of existing and potential customers and be a focal point to ensure support and satisfaction
Provide a focal point to ensure customer satisfaction
Conduct market analysis to identify and develop future business opportunities
Develop service offerings for identified potential customers/partners
Negotiate business arrangements with direction
Assist the Business Areas in the development of existing and future products and services
Coordinate customer’s requirements with asset managers and marketing – Key Accounts
Manage overall customer communication/reporting to ensure consistency
Assess business requirements of potential customers
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance preferred or equivalent experience
5 - 8 years’ experience in an airline, OEM, or MRO sales/marketing environment. Some of this experience could have been in Sales, Procurement, Finance, or Customer Service
Strong communication and organizational skills. This person should have a presence about them that draws attention to them when they speak publicly. IE Charisma, Charm, or personality to gain attention to who they are speaking with and drive lasting connection. They should have excellent presentation building and delivering skills
Ability to build strong relationships with customers and vendors
Ability to handle various types of projects and articulate business opportunities
Ability to independently represent the company to our partners and customers
