Business Development Manager

• Drive sales growth in I&C ICP electricity new grid connections for the client, focusing on the designated market segments
• Lead the sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, bid management, and tendering
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with internal teams for estimating, design, and project delivery
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining the required profit margins
• Contribute to continuous process improvements within the business development team

• Experience in business development, ideally within the utilities or construction sectors
• Deep understanding of the I&C ICP electricity grid connection market
• Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
• Full UK driver’s license and access to a fully insured, serviced vehicle
