We’re looking for a driven, high impact Business Development Manager to own and grow our North Central territory. Minneapolis is our preferred location and key hub for this role. We will consider exceptional candidates based in other major metro areas across the region including Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas, and Missouri. This is a true hunter role. You will be out front identifying, pursuing, and closing new enterprise opportunities while expanding strategic channel partnerships. You will take the lead on complex, solution-based sales cycles, working with large, sophisticated organizations and delivering outcomes that drive real business value. If you are driven to build pipeline, close new business, and consistently deliver against targets, you will succeed here.
Job Responsibility:
Own and aggressively grow the North Central territory through new business acquisition and account expansion
Build and execute targeted territory and enterprise account plans
Prospect, qualify, and close high value opportunities within large, complex organizations
Develop and expand relationships across enterprise customers and channel partners
Lead end to end, solution based sales cycles from first touch through to close
Partner cross functionally with technical and channel teams to deliver tailored solutions
Maintain strong pipeline discipline and CRM hygiene
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in security or related industry sales, with a strong focus on enterprise environments
Proven success selling into large, complex organizations and closing high value deals
Experience building pipeline and winning net new business, not just account management
Strong understanding of channel driven sales models and partner ecosystems
Confidence leading complex, multi stakeholder sales cycles
Sharp commercial acumen, with strong negotiation and communication skills
A high level of ownership, urgency, and accountability
Access control experience is advantageous but not essential
