Job Description:

A successful and innovative solar company is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive the sales of the team. This role will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business relationships, developing strategic partnerships, and achieving ambitious growth targets.

Job Responsibility:

Plan and carry out effective sales plans to meet company goals and reach more customers.
Lead, guide, and encourage our sales team. Train them, set their goals, and make sure they have what they need to succeed.
Build strong relationships with important customers and partners.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
Work closely with the marketing and product teams to make sure our sales efforts match company goals and what we offer.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on sales activities, forecasts, and performance against targets.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree graduate in sales, business or equivalent qualification
Proven track record in business development and sales, preferably within the renewable energy sector.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong negotiation and self-motivated results-driven leader
Able to travel
