Job Responsibility:
Identify and dominate untapped national territories
Build high-level broker and corporate alliances
Turn complex insurance products into strategic client wins
Influence product design using direct market intelligence
Requirements:
Proven track record of opening doors and smashing targets
Executive presence
General Insurance experience is essential
Farm/Commercial experience is a major plus
Self-starter
4-5 year experience in general insurance or banking & finance sector specifically in Rural/Agri space
