Our Sales Department at NAPA is currently seeking a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for direct prospecting and acquiring mechanical workshops within their assigned territory.
Job Responsibility:
Identify and target prospects based on NAPA’s value proposition and with an annual purchase volume exceeding $100,000
Qualify prospects by assessing their needs, purchasing behavior, and NAPA’s ability to meet those needs
Support and actively manage new customers during a transition period to build strong relationships before transferring them to the Account Development Specialist
Drive sales growth during the onboarding phase
Track and report sales activities, appointments, and results through the CRM
Effectively plan sales activities
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
Bilingual in French and English
Experience in the automotive parts industry is an asset
Valid driver's license and ability to cover a large territory (Ottawa – Maritimes)
Nice to have:
