Job Responsibility:
Drive new business across the UK and contribute to building international pipelines in selected markets
Generate meetings and opportunities through creative, multi-channel prospecting (phone, email, events, and in-person)
Build and maintain a high-volume pipeline of prospective clients, with a focus on contractors and manufacturing companies
Progressively take ownership of deals, learning from leadership, with the expectation to close own accounts within 12 months
Represent the company externally, including at events, showcasing the brand with energy and professionalism
Work closely with leadership to refine strategies, optimise outbound efforts, and shape the company’s growth in new markets
Requirements:
Fluent in English
Outgoing, energetic, and proactive with a genuine hunter mentality
Proven ability to open doors and generate new business
Comfortable working in the field and independently while collaborating closely with a small team
Strong communication and presentation skills, with an appetite to learn quickly and take initiative
Ambition to develop into a full Account Executive role over time
