As our Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving Designity’s next stage of growth by creating new business opportunities with the right brands. We’re looking for someone who knows how to build pipeline through smart outbound strategy, strong messaging, and full ownership of their work. This is a highly independent role for someone who can take responsibility for their process, manage their lane with confidence, and consistently turn effort into meaningful commercial results. You should be someone who not only executes at a high level, but also looks for smarter ways to work by using AI to improve workflows, increase efficiency, and strengthen output. Job Responsibility:
Generate new business opportunities by identifying, engaging, and developing relationships with the right brands
Own your outbound process from strategy through execution, with full accountability for the quality, consistency, and performance of your work
Build and manage specialized multi-channel outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, calling, partnerships, and other high-potential channels
Test new channels and explore creative ways to reach decision-makers beyond traditional email marketing
Create strong, thoughtful messaging that captures attention and drives interest with qualified prospects
Run A/B testing across messaging, sequences, targeting, and channel strategy to improve performance over time
Use AI to enhance research, personalization, messaging development, workflow design, and campaign execution
Apply AI creatively and practically to build smarter systems, improve efficiency, and create more effective ways of working
Identify target accounts, key decision-makers, and strong entry points across mid-market and enterprise companies in the U.S.
Qualify and disqualify opportunities with strong commercial judgment and a sharp understanding of account fit
Track performance closely and use data, KPIs, and quota expectations to improve conversion, productivity, and outbound impact
Requirements:
5-8 years of business development, sales, or commercial experience with strong ownership and accountability
Proven success in generating new business through outbound and self-sourced efforts
Deep experience building and executing specialized multi-channel outbound campaigns
Strong understanding of A/B testing and how to use experimentation to improve messaging, channel performance, and pipeline results
Experience exploring and validating channels beyond email marketing to create new opportunities
Ability to work independently and fully own your workflow, priorities, and results without needing constant direction
Fluency with AI tools and a practical ability to use them to improve workflows, enhance execution, and build better systems
A creative mindset for applying AI in thoughtful ways that go beyond surface-level content support
Strong creative messaging skills with the ability to craft outreach that feels strategic, relevant, and persuasive
Strong analytical skills, with a clear understanding of KPIs, quotas, conversion metrics, and pipeline performance
The judgment, discipline, and confidence to operate as the true owner of your function and deliver high-quality work consistently
