Job Responsibility:
Drive new business acquisition across the DACH region and selected international markets
Focus on high-volume prospecting to build a strong pipeline of opportunities with contractors and manufacturing companies
Open doors and generate meetings using creativity, persistence, and multi-channel outreach (phone, email, events, and in-person)
Learn directly from leadership and progressively take ownership of deals
Represent the company at events and with key prospects
Collaborate closely with the founder and leadership team to refine strategies and maximise growth impact
Requirements:
Fluent in German and English
Hunter mentality with a proactive, energetic, and outgoing personality
Experience opening doors or prospecting into new markets
Strong communication skills, both in person and virtually
Comfortable working independently in the field as well as part of a close-knit team
Ambition to grow into a full Account Executive role within 12 months
Nice to have:
Additional languages (Spanish, Eastern European languages) advantageous
Construction or technology background helpful but not essential
