Job Description:

Requirements:

Strategic partnership operators who can take deals from idea to execution and manage them for long-term success
Growth catalysts with a sharp eye for opportunity in verticals like payments, DeFi, and Bitcoin and the network to act on it
Relationship-builders fluent in the language of founders, investors, and ecosystem teams
Analysts who can spot trends, synthesize market signals, and translate them into actionable priorities
Collaborators who work cross-functionally with internal/external/Labs-side teams to unlock value at every stage of the partner journey
Ambassadors who know how to represent Starknet Foundation on the global stage - at conferences, events, and in 1:1 founder conversations
Track record in business development, partnerships, or ecosystem growth - specifically in crypto or frontier tech
Understand the nuance of web3, and can navigate complex ecosystems across segments like payments, DeFi, and Bitcoin
Thrive in high-context, multi-threaded environments - juggling deal flow, partner asks, and ecosystem strategy with clarity and speed
Highly networked, deeply curious, and motivated by outcomes not optics
Clear communicator, confident negotiator, and creative problem-solver who enjoys unlocking win-wins

Nice to have:

Experience and relationships in the Bitcoin, payments, and DeFi domains
Strong familiarity with Starknet/ZK technology
Deep network in crypto
Track record of closing high-impact deals
