You will be responsible for developing sales and growing market share across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland, working with distributors, workshops and partners to drive demand for automotive parts, diagnostics and workshop solutions. You will have the autonomy to manage your territory, influence strategy and play a key role in long-term growth.
Job Responsibility:
Drive sales growth through distribution partners by creating demand at workshop level
Build strong relationships with independent garages, fast-fit centres, fleets and specialists
Increase market share across parts, diagnostics and workshop solutions
Promote digital and connected workshop solutions, including remote diagnostics and management tools
Support the growth of workshop networks and concept programmes
Identify new opportunities and develop untapped areas within the region
Manage the onboarding and development of new partner workshops
Support conversion to approved product and service programmes
Work closely with internal colleagues to deliver sales and market share targets
Encourage participation in training programmes and technician development
Monitor performance against agreed KPIs and take action to improve results
Act as a professional ambassador for the business at all times
Requirements:
Have experience within the Irish automotive aftermarket
Understand how workshops, distributors and service providers operate
Have knowledge of diagnostics equipment and workshop environments
Are comfortable working remotely and managing your own territory
Are commercially focused and confident influencing decision makers
Can manage multiple priorities while working towards clear targets
Communicate clearly and build strong long-term relationships
Are proactive, energetic and solutions focused
Hold a full clean driving licence
Are flexible to travel and attend events outside normal working hours
