We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in Engineering Services Sales to expand our footprint in the US and Europe markets. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through technical solution-selling.
Job Responsibility:
Identify and develop new business opportunities for Engineering Services in the Indian, US and Europe markets by doing outreaching
Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads and convert them into long-term clients
Understand customer needs and pain points to pitch suitable engineering solutions (e.g., product design, CAD/CAE, embedded systems, plant engineering, etc.)
Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to create customized proposals and presentations
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and strategic accounts
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and proposal submission to contract negotiation and closure
Maintain accurate records of interactions and opportunities in CRM systems
Represent the company in trade shows, webinars, and client meetings (virtual and in-person)
Requirements:
5–7 years of experience in Business Development/Sales of Engineering Services
Strong understanding of global engineering outsourcing models and solution selling
Prior experience in engaging with clients in the GCC’s/ US and/or Europe is mandatory
Exposure to industries such as Automotive, Aerospace, Industrial Machinery, Energy, or Medical Devices is preferred
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
