Job Responsibility:
Own the Sales Cycle – From prospecting to lead generation to close
Hunt for New Leads – Through calls, emails, networking events, and fairs
Build Lasting Partnerships – Forge strong relationships with industry players to drive cross sales and boost brand awareness
Think Creatively – Shorten the sales cycle, spark new ideas, and push toward ambitious goals
Get to Know Your Clients – Understand their needs, objectives, and challenges—and know the competition, too
Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Team up with other departments and use HubSpot to stay on top
Requirements:
A Business Development Pro with a hunter’s instinct
Customer-focused, driven, energetic, and persistent
Tech savvy, experience with TMS (or SaaS) gives you an edge
International mindset and willing to travel
Energized by the fast-paced startup life and driven to make Qargo the market leader
Team player at heart, a win-as-a-team mentality is a must
Great at connecting and building lasting relationships—inside and outside the company
A valid driver’s license is a must
