Job Responsibility:
Drive business growth within Makro account by expanding into new areas beyond core products and mechanics, future core focus
Develop and execute comprehensive promotion plans and activities in collaboration with Modern Trade customers, with a specific focus on Makro online platforms (Makro Pro), to achieve sales targets
Project management by starting from business opportunities, project proposal, implementation, evaluation and project expansion
Manage sales budgets, allocate resources effectively, and monitor performance against targets, with a particular emphasis on ROI from Makro and online initiatives
Identify and analyze market opportunities in both front-of-house (on-shelf sales) and back-of-house (ingredient sales) channels, with a focus on potential growth areas within Makro and online
Conduct in-depth sales data analysis to evaluate promotion effectiveness and overall sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement, especially for Makro and online sales
Coordinate with online marketing team to maximize online sales
Conduct regular customer site visits (both physical and virtual) to identify new business opportunities and strengthen existing relationships, with a focus on Makro and key online accounts
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify potential threats and opportunities within the Modern Trade landscape, including Makro and online channels
Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial terms, with a focus on maximizing value from Makro and online partnerships
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in key account management, preferably within the Modern Trade channel
Experience in FMCG business
Experience in Food & Beverage related categories are preferred
Experience in managing sales budgets and analyzing sales data
