Randstad has recently partnered with a Fintech company that provides a platform to F&B merchants. They are looking to hire a Business Development Manager to join their team in Kuala Lumpur.
Job Responsibility:
Prospect, pitch and sign up new restaurant partners to join the app
Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners and managers
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for restaurant sign-ups
Provide on boarding support to ensure smooth integration with the app
Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions and partnerships in CRM
Requirements:
8-10 years in business development, sales, App based platform or partnerships, preferably in F&B
Proven track record in B2B sales, lead generation, and closing deals
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to build rapport with restaurant owners and decision-makers
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently
Familiarity with the F&B sector, restaurant operations, or food delivery platforms is a plus
Must possess own transportation and willing to travel locally to meet merchants
Positive, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
