As Business Development Manager for Rx middle east, the role focuses on securing strategic partnerships, attracting sponsors and exhibitors, and expanding the event’s presence in the fitness and wellness industry. The BDM will drive commercial growth, build key relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution in the Saudi market.
Job Responsibility
Identify and secure sponsorships, exhibitors, and strategic partners
Develop and execute business development strategies to grow event participation
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the fitness and wellness industry
Negotiate commercial agreements and partnership deals
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure successful event delivery
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform outreach efforts
Represent FIBO, Aluminum shows at industry events and networking opportunities
Requirements
Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within events industries
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships
Knowledge of the Saudi market and regional business practices
Fluent in English and Arabic
Results-driven with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple stakeholders
