Job Responsibility
Own and deliver UK business development activity, generating new income and partnership opportunities aligned to organisational strategy
Build and manage a healthy pipeline from prospecting through to negotiation and close
Develop proposals, pricing and presentations, tailoring solutions to customer needs and sector requirements
Manage key stakeholder relationships and represent the organisation at events, meetings and partner forums
Maintain accurate CRM records and report on performance, pipeline and forecasts
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure propositions, delivery and customer experience remain strong
Requirements
Proven track record in business development/partnerships, meeting or exceeding income targets
Strong consultative, solutions-based sales approach with excellent relationship-building and influencing skills
Confident communicator able to engage senior stakeholders and present credibly
Commercially astute, organised and disciplined in pipeline management
Able to work independently, prioritise effectively and travel across the UK as required
