With a strong track record, commitment to sustainable growth in engineering and technology, they are seeking for a Business Development Manager to expand the Energy division of the company.
Job Responsibility:
Grow the market presence by identifying and developing new business opportunities, both locally and internationally
Build and maintain client relationships with clients, engineers, consultants, and government agencies to understand their needs and secure new projects
Generate new business by actively researching market trends, attending industry events, and leveraging digital channels to qualify and pursue high-potential leads
Develop winning proposals by collaborating with our engineering team to create compelling technical and commercial bids
Manage the sales cycle from proposal submission through negotiation, ensuring all client questions and clarifications are addressed promptly
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline using our CRM to track opportunities and provide regular updates on progress to leadership
Support key project milestones, including client onboarding, prequalification, and submitting all necessary tender documents
Act as a brand ambassador by representing the company at exhibitions and technical discussions to increase our visibility and reputation
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics) or a related technical field is preferred
Proven experience in a B2B sales or business development role, with a strong understanding of the sales cycle
Experience in selling technical equipment or engineering solutions
Ability to work independently to identify and pursue new opportunities
