Job Description:

As a Business Development Manager within our Randstad Gold Coast team, you’ll be a key driver of our business growth. You will be instrumental in expanding our client portfolio in the business support sector, connecting leading companies with exceptional talent. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven individual to leverage their sales expertise and build lasting relationships

Job Responsibility:

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to grow the local market
Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies, understanding their current and future recruitment needs
Present Randstad's value proposition and tailored recruitment solutions to potential clients effectively
Collaborate closely with the recruitment consultants within the Business Support team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities

Requirements:

Proven experience in a business development or sales role is essential, with a strong track record of acquiring new clients and exceeding targets
Demonstrable experience in cold business development and a proactive approach to generating new leads are crucial
Highly driven with a passion for achieving results and a strong commercial acumen
Positive and team-oriented individual with exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills to build rapport with clients
