Job Responsibility:
Selling the company’s IT services to international markets, in particular UK/Germany/Nordic
Increasing the company’s sales capacity abroad with a focus on acquiring new customers and cooperation with Business Partners
Preparation and presentation of offers
Negotiation of agreements and contracts for IT services
Analyzing customer/market needs, defining requirements and creating new ideas to increase sales
Preparation and implementation of sales strategies to foreign markets
Generating leads, but also converting new ones coming from Marketing and Lead Generation Team (separate Sales unit) into clients
Building long-term partnerships with customers and business partners
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in sales, minimum 2 years in selling Data & AI services
Familiarity with at least one cloud vendor offering (preferably Microsoft and Databricks)
Good understanding of concepts like: DataLake, Data Governance, Machine Learning, AI Agents
Proven sales track records in a consultative selling approach
Highly motivated and committed to working in an international customer/BP environment
Strategic sales planning skills
Orientation in IT technologies: Back-end (Java, C#), Front-end (JS, Angular, React, Vue.js, etc.)
Fluent knowledge of Polish
Very good command of English both written and spoken
High personal culture
Innovative ideas and ways of acquiring customers
Being active in social media is an advantage
