Job Responsibility:

  • Selling the company’s IT services to international markets, in particular UK/Germany/Nordic
  • Increasing the company’s sales capacity abroad with a focus on acquiring new customers and cooperation with Business Partners
  • Preparation and presentation of offers
  • Negotiation of agreements and contracts for IT services
  • Analyzing customer/market needs, defining requirements and creating new ideas to increase sales
  • Preparation and implementation of sales strategies to foreign markets
  • Generating leads, but also converting new ones coming from Marketing and Lead Generation Team (separate Sales unit) into clients
  • Building long-term partnerships with customers and business partners

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales, minimum 2 years in selling Data & AI services
  • Familiarity with at least one cloud vendor offering (preferably Microsoft and Databricks)
  • Good understanding of concepts like: DataLake, Data Governance, Machine Learning, AI Agents
  • Proven sales track records in a consultative selling approach
  • Highly motivated and committed to working in an international customer/BP environment
  • Strategic sales planning skills
  • Orientation in IT technologies: Back-end (Java, C#), Front-end (JS, Angular, React, Vue.js, etc.)
  • Fluent knowledge of Polish
  • Very good command of English both written and spoken
  • High personal culture
  • Innovative ideas and ways of acquiring customers
  • Being active in social media is an advantage
