Job Description:

Do you thrive on opening doors — but also want to grow accounts into long-term partnerships? At MIGSO-PCUBED, we’re building our Sydney hub, and we’re looking for a professional-services business developer who not only wins new logos but also develops them from the inside. You’ll combine the thrill of the hunt with the discipline of farming: landing clients, embedding our consultants, and then expanding those accounts into trusted, strategic relationships.

Job Responsibility:

Win New Business: Build a disciplined pipeline in Energy, Utilities, Aviation, Defence, Transport
Grow Existing Accounts: Develop clients beyond the first win — add services, expand teams, deepen relationships
Consultant & Client Success: Ensure delivery excellence supports growth
be the bridge between client needs and practice leads

Requirements:

5–10 years of business development in professional services (consulting, engineering, advisory)
Track record of both hunting and farming accounts
Understanding of PMO / project delivery (or appetite to learn fast)
Commercial grit, discipline, and consultative relationship-building skills
