Job Responsibility:
Drive revenue by identifying new accounts through networking and conferences
Manage the full lifecycle of existing accounts, proactively proposing solutions to improve transit times, reduce costs, and enhance service
Execute daily shipment and volume tracking, ensuring immediate exception reporting and transparent communication regarding any delays
Prepare performance presentations for the executive leadership team
Requirements:
A people-oriented professional with the ability to build rapport and maintain high-level client relationships
Skilled in Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to synthesise logistics data into clear, professional summaries
Ability to manage daily tasks while remaining aligned with the company’s broader global objectives
