This role is pivotal in identifying emerging market trends and securing long-term strategic partnerships with Tier 1 manufacturers and infrastructure providers. The successful candidate will join a technical team at the forefront of power conversion, semiconductor applications, and renewable energy integration.
Job Responsibility
Cultivate and maintain senior-level relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring the company remains the partner of choice for complex technical requirements
Identify and penetrate new verticals within the power electronics landscape, focusing on high-growth areas such as EV infrastructure, industrial automation, and renewable energy storage
Oversee the full sales lifecycle, from initial prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and final closing
Collaborate closely with the engineering team to translate customer needs into bespoke technical solutions and value propositions.
Requirements
A proven track record in business development or technical sales specifically within the electronics or power sector
A strong understanding of power components, PCB assemblies, or integrated power systems is highly desirable
Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both engineering and procurement audiences
A self-starter mentality with the discipline to manage a remote and client-facing schedule effectively
This role requires regular travel to client sites across the UK. A full driving licence is essential.
