Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager for a global OEM in the Oil & Gas industry. The role involves driving customer engagement, identifying new opportunities, growing the clientele, and collaborating with the Country Director and Engineering team to develop sales strategies.

Job Responsibility:

Drive customer engagement and build key relationships
Identify and qualify new opportunities within the Oil & Gas sector
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the business
Actively participate in the sales and quoting processes
Represent the company at industry events
Maintain and develop knowledge of products and their applications
Grow and nurture key accounts while actively expanding the client list

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience in client relationships and business growth
Experience in the Oil & Gas industry is essential
Ability to communicate with customers at all levels
Strong motivation and a proactive nature
Ability to hold conversations from site to corporate environments
Strategic and professional sales approach
Strong track record in technical sales
