Align with vendor GTM strategy at a regional level
Participate in the execution of demand gen, marketing & channel activities and focus on incremental revenue
Responsible for driving sales growth through channel partners, managing and expanding the distribution network and fostering strong relationships with Channels
Work closely with channel managers, marketing, renewal specialists & business operations to leverage the respective functions
Maintain and manage a pipeline/funnel that increases the share of business in the region
Engage in commercial discussion with vendors & channel partners to enable favourable order closures
Achieve set targets in terms of margins, revenue, profitability and other identified KRAs
Requirements:
Understand the ICT distribution ecosystem with knowledge of key distribution processes
Relationship with vendors and channel partners, specifically in the Compute (Desktop, Laptop) & Print space
Proven experience in handling channel sales for Laptop, Desktop, Printer, and related IT products and solutions across leading brands
Target-driven individual with an ability to execute business development activities
Effectively manage and execute transactions
Appetite to learn new products & solutions
Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
