Business Development Manager

• Take ownership of assigned portfolio
• Be responsible for growth, retention and profitability
• Prepare & negotiate quotes
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of data, including placement documentation for billing
• Liaise with internal operation team
• Handle Employee Benefits enquiries from clients, business partners and intermediaries on policy matters
• Provide support to intermediaries
• Conduct training as required

• 2+ years of relevant experience handling employee benefits/group insurance medical
• Ideally experienced in business development or account management role
• Organised, meticulous and ability to manage work efficiently
• Strong relationship with intermediaries and account management skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
