Job Responsibility
Driving Pipeline & Performance
Own and manage the BD pipeline, ensuring accuracy and integrity in CRM systems
Track opportunity progress, win rates, and conversion metrics
Deliver forecasting and insights to support strategic decision-making
Enhance reporting dashboards for senior leadership
Winning New Work
Identify and progress new project opportunities aligned to strategy
Support bid/no bid decisions with market intelligence and data insights
Partner with bid teams to transition opportunities into successful tenders
Building Strong Relationships
Develop and maintain key client and stakeholder relationships
Support strategic account management and engagement plans
Represent Webuild across client meetings and industry events
Market Insight & Strategy
Monitor competitor activity, client trends, and upcoming projects
Provide actionable insights to guide business positioning
Contribute to sector growth strategies
Leadership Reporting & Coordination
Prepare high-quality reports and presentations for executives
Align BD, operations, and strategy teams
Drive consistency and discipline across BD processes
Requirements
Experience in Business Development, Account Management, or similar (ideally infrastructure/construction)
Strong understanding of project lifecycles and tendering
CRM and pipeline reporting experience
Advanced Excel / data analysis skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capability
Nice to have
Tier 1 contractor or major projects experience
Exposure to infrastructure or government projects
Power BI or data visualisation skills
