This isn’t a team role, and it’s not for title collectors. This is about winning meaningful work, shaping hospital operations, and building lasting relationships.
Job Responsibility:
Originate and win new business across Victoria or Queensland, with opportunities to support national projects
Build and manage a multi-million-dollar pipeline, taking opportunities from first conversation through to close
Represent Austco credibly at senior hospital and health-system level
Collaborate with technical and leadership teams to win the right work, not just any work
Own the client relationship long-term
Requirements:
Proven hospital technology or medical equipment sales professional
Understands how to navigate complex healthcare environments
Knows how to open doors, build trust, and create opportunities from scratch
Commercially sharp, results-driven, and accountable
Self-managed, doesn't wait for leads
Strategic thinker with excellent questioning and listening skills
Comfortable selling technical solutions with support from experts
Genuine, professional, and committed to building trust in healthcare environments
Based in Victoria or Queensland, with an existing network and ambition to grow it
