Business Development Manager – Workshop & Industrial Solutions. Job Responsibility:

Develop new business opportunities across automotive, industrial, education, and motorsport sectors
Manage the full sales cycle — from enquiry to proposal, negotiation, and closure
Build and nurture long-term client relationships with decision-makers, architects, and contractors
Collaborate with design, operations, and project teams to bring bespoke projects to life
Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events

Requirements:

Proven B2B sales experience, ideally with a project or design-led product
Track record in developing and closing new business
Excellent relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills
Commercial awareness and the ability to manage multiple opportunities at once
Professional, self-motivated, and confident managing your own schedule
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally
