Business Development Manager

• Drive sales expansion and achieve annual revenue targets by identifying and penetrating new international markets and managing the full sales cycle, including optimal regional pricing strategies
• Recruit, train, and manage a compliant, high-performing international distributor network, setting clear KPIs, conducting performance reviews, and fostering long-term collaborative relationships
• Oversee and manage the regulatory compliance life cycle, including providing active support for product registration (e.g., CE Mark, local approvals) and ensuring all sales and distribution activities adhere to global standards (e.g., FCPA, import/export controls)
• Provide accurate sales forecasting and financial reporting to senior management, deliver actionable market intelligence, and support in-market activities and trade shows

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or a related field
• At least 5 years of export sales experience with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Able to travel internationally 50-60% of the time
