This is a high-impact Business Development Manager position aligned to a specialised security vendor portfolio. The role is focused on driving growth, expanding market presence, and building strong relationships across the reseller community. You will take ownership of the full sales cycle, from identifying net-new opportunities through to closing strategic deals, while working closely with pre-sales, marketing, and vendor teams. Job Responsibility:

  • Pipeline & Opportunity Development: Build and manage a robust net-new pipeline, identifying untapped opportunities within the New Zealand market
  • Sales Ownership: Lead the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through to deal closure, ensuring strong forecasting and CRM discipline
  • Partner Engagement: Maintain high-touch engagement with resellers and key business influencers, strengthening relationships and driving vendor adoption
  • Market Expansion: Identify new markets, customer segments, and growth avenues within the assigned vendor portfolio
