Job Responsibility:

Generating new business both in Car Parking and Adverticket
Targeting the UK and leading into International markets for associated products
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
Developing and maintaining strong client relationships while cross selling product range
Implementing strategies to drive sales growth
Market research
Preparing proposals
Visiting clients and attending events when required
Achieving sales targets
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business goals

Requirements:

Strong sales, negotiation, and account management skills
Expertise in business development strategies and client relationship management
Ability to conduct market research and analyze competitive environments
Proficiency in preparing business proposals and delivering presentations
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Parking Sector background is ideal
At least 5 years sales experience
Must hold a valid UK driving license
