Job Responsibility:
Developing and executing targeted business development plans to achieve new revenue growth in clinical trial supplies
Identifying, qualifying, and converting new business opportunities with biotech, pharmaceutical, and research organisations
Effectively communicating the company’s CTS capabilities and value proposition to senior decision‑makers
Building and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders across R&D, clinical operations, procurement, and executive leadership
Collaborating closely with internal operational, scientific, and leadership teams to support proposals, technical discussions, and contract negotiations
Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to build brand visibility and generate pipeline
Requirements:
Proven Business Development experience (typically 5+ years) within CDMO, CRO, pharmaceutical services, or related sectors
Demonstrable experience in Clinical Trial Supplies (CTS) – including formulation, packaging, labelling, distribution, and/or clinical supply management
A track record of managing full sales cycles and closing technical service deals
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with technical and executive stakeholders
Ability to clearly present complex capabilities and influence at senior levels
A proactive, strategic mindset with a collaborative approach
Willingness to travel for customer engagements and industry events as needed
