Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for the development, maintenance, and management of clients within the steel industry, establishing long-term stable partnerships
  • Lead and execute the project-based sales process, managing the entire lifecycle from initial contact to successful project delivery
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer needs, promote the company's chemical material products and solutions, and ensure the achievement of annual sales targets
  • Closely monitor market dynamics and industry trends, timely gather competitive intelligence, and provide feedback to the company
  • Proactively coordinate internal resources to ensure efficient collaboration for orders, technical support, and after-sales service

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • 5+ years of relevant B2B sales experience
  • Must possess sales experience or extensive client resources within the steel industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of independently conducting business negotiations
  • Fluent spoken English is required for seamless business communication with international colleagues or clients
  • Ability to travel and demonstrate independent work and problem-solving capabilities
