We are seeking a dedicated Business Development Manager to join our team at Harlow Bros Burton Branch. The role’s purpose is to possess the ability to motivate, manage and apply themselves to an immediate and long-term plan to seek out, cultivate and increase new business.
Job Responsibility:
Finding, securing, and sustaining new customer business
Investigation and identification of the surrounding area’s full business potential
Maintaining existing customer relationships
Promoting the Harlow brand and our full product offering
Feeding back leads, enquiries and sales to the internal sales team
Communicating the current business climate to the sales team
Regular out-of-branch field-based activity seeking new business
Development of both new & existing business relationships
Communicating and supporting the key accounts manager
Liaise with other areas of the business as required to ensure a smooth service is provided to the clients
Requirements:
Experience within a timber materials environment
Sales experience – Field Sales / Sales team or Counter Sales
