Drive growth and lead our go-to-market strategy across AI, eCommerce, and digital solutions. This role owns the full sales funnel, from defining ICP and generating leads to closing high-value deals, while collaborating with marketing and delivery teams to unlock new market opportunities and scale revenue globally.
Job Responsibility:
Own and define the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy across services (AI, custom development, eCommerce, digital marketing)
Take end-to-end ownership of the sales funnel (MQL → SQL → Deal Closure)
Work closely with marketing to define ICP, messaging, and lead generation strategy
Drive both inbound and outbound sales initiatives with clear revenue targets
Identify new market opportunities, industries, and geographies for expansion
Lead high-quality discovery calls, solutioning, proposals, and deal closures
Build and optimize sales processes, pipelines, and conversion metrics
Ensure strong CRM discipline, reporting, and forecasting accuracy
Collaborate with leadership and delivery teams for solution alignment and execution feasibility
Manage and mentor a small team of sales executives/BDRs
Represent the company in client meetings, events, and strategic discussions
Requirements:
5–10 years of experience in IT Services / AI / Digital / eCommerce sales
Proven experience in building and executing GTM strategies
Strong understanding of lead generation → MQL → SQL → revenue funnel
Experience working closely with marketing teams for pipeline creation
Demonstrated ability to close mid-size to enterprise deals
Strong analytical mindset with ability to track and improve conversion metrics
Excellent communication and presentation skills (C-level engagement)
Experience managing sales teams and driving performance
Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Freshsales, etc.)
