As a fast-growing company, Progima is looking for someone with a passion for growing manufacturing businesses to join the sales team as a Business Development Manager. The role will consist partly of developing new accounts, and partly of managing existing accounts.
Job Responsibility:
Participate in prospecting for new clients in order to identify and create new business development opportunities
Ensure rigorous follow-up of sales opportunities and interactions with prospects and clients
Follow-up on client requests and potential projects
Support the drafting of project proposals in line with company practices and values, in collaboration with your expert colleagues
Support technical experts’ team in their business development efforts and ensure that the internal sales process is completed
Document and update databases (CRM and others) for our project portfolio and related sales activities
Ensure after-sales follow-up and pay particular attention to quality of service and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with colleagues in charge of closing additional opportunities with active clients
Actively participate in the organization and execution of promotional and networking events
Establish and maintain excellent, trusting relationships with customers, partners and colleagues
Proactively identify market issues, trends and opportunities in collaboration with team experts
Participate in the creation of a strategic business development plan for new client acquisition and campaign development with other members of the sales team
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering or relevant field
Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B business development
Experience in selling consulting services
Significant experience in acquiring new clients
Experience in account management for large organizations
Demonstrated experience in interacting with C-level customers
Fully bilingual (French and English)
Proven oral and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
