Job Description:

A leading global supplier of films and packaging materials is seeking a driven, entrepreneurial New Business Development Manager to accelerate growth across the UK and/or European territory. This is a true hunter role, ideal for someone who excels at opening new doors and building a market from scratch.

Job Responsibility:

Drive 100% new business acquisition across UK and European markets
Identify, target, and secure new customers through proactive outreach
Sell a comprehensive product portfolio, including: PE, PET, BOPP, BOPA, lidding, multilayer, and high-barrier films
Develop and execute a personal growth strategy with full autonomy
Build strong commercial relationships and deliver long-term value

Requirements:

A proactive, tenacious new-business hunter
Experience in packaging films, plastics, manufacturing, or related sectors (advantageous)
An entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to create opportunities
Ability to manage a UK and/or European territory with discipline and independence
