Reporting directly to the Country Manager, you will play a key role in driving new business activity, developing high-value client relationships, and contributing directly to commercial growth across multiple industries. Job Responsibility:
Identify, approach and convert new B2B clients
Develop and manage a strong pipeline of commercial opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking
Sell the company's full range of products and service solutions using a consultative sales approach
Build and expand strategic partnerships with external consultants, introducers and market allies to support lead generation and accelerate business opportunities
Drive revenue growth by consistently achieving and exceeding commercial targets
Maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients to ensure long-term business development opportunities
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a high-quality customer experience and effective delivery of solutions
Monitor market trends, competitor activity and commercial opportunities to support business growth initiatives
Requirements:
Bilingual or native-level Dutch, with fluent English
Previous experience in B2B business development, sales or consultative commercial environments
Strong hunter mentality with a proactive and results-oriented mindset
Comfortable generating new business through cold outreach, networking and relationship building
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, autonomous and commercially driven
Ability to thrive in an international and performance-focused environment
