Business Development Manager

• Oversee the business development department with P&L accountability, ensuring financial targets and customer satisfaction standards are met
• Formulate and execute operational strategies to achieve organizational goals within established budgets and timelines
• Lead the commercial team and facilitate collaboration across departments and support functions to deliver integrated energy projects
• Manage resources—including materials, equipment, and to meet production targets, maintain quality standards, and manage acquisition costs
• Establish and enforce operational systems and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards

• Degree in Environmental Engineering, Business, or an equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in renewable energy (Solar), Energy Management Systems, or related industries
• Proven experience in managing teams and departmental performance
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills suitable for professional stakeholder engagement
• Focused on results, task completion, and operational efficiency
