In this role, you will be responsible for identifying high-value opportunities and delivering bespoke FM solutions that align with our clients' long-term strategic goals.
Job Responsibility:
Drive the full sales lifecycle—from lead qualification and needs analysis to proposal development, pricing strategy, and final contract negotiations
Build and sustain high-level professional relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring exceptional after-sales support to foster long-term loyalty
Proactively identify and penetrate emerging market segments to maintain a robust and consistent sales pipeline
Ensure all business won is transitioned smoothly, providing quality service that upholds the firm’s global reputation
Oversee meticulous documentation for bid processes and contract renewals to ensure competitive and compliant submissions
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in real estate, property management or equivalent qualification
7 years of working experience in the commercial facilities industry
